Immediate action:

• Stop engine
• Check any casualty suffered and rendered first aid
• Establish communication with other vessel and exchange information
• Check the oin pollution 
• Assess the situation of sinking or capsizing

Command centre:

• Fix ship's position and record all movements
• Alert other vessel to keep clear
• Inform designated personnel and seek advice
• Inform agent,owner and port authorities to arrange surveyors
